Photographer and travel writer David Noyes spent eight days in the Galápagos Islands aboard the Ecoventura expedition yacht Flamingo 1. The Galápagos is a unique and special world protected for millennia by its isolation. It is unlike any other place on earth. Conservation, education, and visitation are all essential components in the struggle to control and manage one of the great living museums on Earth. David's article "The Enchanted Isles" won a 2009 NATJA award.
